Carrot with Yogurt Turkish Style

A simple and quick preparation of carrots that’ve discovered in Youtube. I love the mix of carrots in olive oil and yogurt with garlic. At the end of my blog I will link the source of this delicious recipe.

Recipe:

1 kilogram of carrots
8 grams of salt
4 grams of black pepper
4 grams cumin
4 grams of powdered ginger
5 tablespoons of olive oil
1 tangerine

Ingredients for the sauce:

2 cups of yogurt
1 clove of garlic
4 grams of salt
50 grams of roasted hazelnuts
3 tablespoons of pomegranate syrup
4 sprigs of dill

Peel the carrots, mix them with tangerine juice, olive oil and spices and put them on. Then bake in the oven at 200 degrees for 25 minutes.

For the sauce, whisk the yoghurt with crushed garlic and salt and pour over it after it has cooled. Garnish with hazelnut pieces, dill, pomegranate seeds and the oil that accumulates under the carrots.

Remember, looks are as important as taste.
