Lemon New York Cheese Cake is Turkey’s most famous cheese cake. You can eat Leman Cheese Cake almost everywhere in big cities. I put this recipe together from two Youtubers, German and Turkish.

LEMON SAUCE
First you make the biscuit base. Shred the biscuits and add melted butter. Then you bake the biscuit base for 15 minutes at 160 °C. Then you wait until it gets cold.
In the meantime you can make the cream. Your mix all the ingredients together. Just make sure you give the eggs one at a time. And the cream cheese should be at room temperature so it gets creamy.
Then you add the cream on the biscuit base and bake at 130 °C for 45-60 minutes. Again you wait for the cake to get cold.
Mix everything together and cook over medium heat. Turmeric gives the color to the sauce. You can decide for yourself whether you want a dark-colored or light-colored sauce. Then you put hot sauce on the chilled cream and wait until it gets cold. Then you put it in the fridge.
I recommend making cheese cake the day before. It tastes better the next day.
