Digitalization

Digitization is our chance!

Never in the history of mankind have we women been so close to equal rights that we want to see, as in these times of digitization.

The new industrial revolution digitization differs from other revolution such as steam machines or electrical energy. No other revolution has asked more of employees to bring new skills and as quickly as possible.

Companies have changed their visions, logos, and business strategies in recent years. Globalization and digitization (they are mutually dependent) have not only changed customer demand, but also the qualifications of employees. Social skills to mediate between people and technologies, creativity to accept and pass on changes are the nine core values to achieve the new missions.

I don’t have to look back that long. Few years ago heard how I am so social I should be working in the social profession. Or I’m so creative that I should have a creative job.

NO. Women like me are in the right place when it comes to pure business, power and money! We are the kind of mindset that companies need to achieve their goals.

And we women, who have access to equality and education, are the only hope to change the future of women in poor countries. Women who cannot protect their bodies or their children.

Women don’t need a pact to support one another. We are connected to each other. Just as it is in nature for mothers to protect their babies, it is in nature that we are connected.

If I’m sitting comfortably on my couch with coffee by my side and can write this post with full freedom, I owe it to women who fought for our rights somewhere in the world.

To be more precise, when women in rich countries gain more influence in business, science and politics, the suffering of other women in poor countries will decrease.

In order to accelerate equality, we must above all focus on future issues. We have to stop being humble about power and money. And we urgently need to stop giving men roles such as protector, provider or hero.

The future is ours.

I really enjoyed reading your new post about digitization and the role of women. I totally agree with you. Women have to be more aware of their importance when it comes to changing the mindset of the companies (worldwide).
