Successful or Unsuccessful?
If I compare with my parents, I have written a success story. When I compare myself to men my age who have the same ambitions and the same qualifications, I am not very successful.
But how do I know that I am successful?
In 2015 I dealt with it scientifically. I’ve interviewed 10 successful people, CEOs, founders, and leaders. At the time, I believed that success was related to status, income, and power.

I remember one day when I came home and wasn’t happy about the interviews. I wanted to hear from the successful people about their secret tricks and hard discipline. But these people told me how often and how hard they had fallen in life. How many times they had to start over and were desperate.

6 years after these interviews, with 36 years as a WOMAN of COLOR who tries to dare something big, I would like to briefly summarize the meaning of success for you:
Success is falling and getting up. Success is falling again, getting hurt and getting up again. Success is going on despite the wounds, pain and taking your place where you belong. IN THE MIDDLE OF YOUR OWN STORY.
